Coaches and Staff

Laura Gendreau
Lady Penguins Program Coordinator & 2021/2022 Head Coach

Laura is a recent  graduate of Keene State College and will be the Program Coordinator for the Lady Penguins as well as the Head Coach of the 2021/2022 Team. Laura served as a two-time captain for the Owls, winning two LEC championships, and for the first time in the school’s history, secured a first round NCAA tournament win. Laura thrived on the defensive side of the ball earning all-conference awards twice and was named to the LEC all-academic team four times. A native of Westfield, MA, Laura played lacrosse at Westfield High School where she served as a captain her senior year.

Ashlee Pechulis
 Lady Penguins 2021/2022 Assistant Coach  

Ashlee is a recent college graduate from Lasell College and is the Assistant Coach of the 2021/2022 Team.  During her career playing for the Lasers, Ashlee received all conference awards twice, all tournament team, and earned her 100th career goal.  She contributed to the Lasers winning their first GNAC championship in history in 2013, and again as captain in 2016.  Ashlee most recently coached Team Connecticut at a national level for Brine Lacrosse.  Originally from Westfield, MA, Ashlee played for Westfield High School where she served as captain her senior year.

Regina Rogers
Rising Lady Penguins 2023/2024 Head Coach

Regina graduated from St. Lawrence University in the spring of 2014 after being a defensive contributor to the Saint for all 4 years. She will be coaching the Rising Lady Penguins 2023/2024 program. Currently she is the Wellesley High School freshmen girls lacrosse coach and also coaches soccer. A native of Exeter, New Hampshire, Regina attended Exeter High School and was a captain and All-American her senior year.

Bridget Munnelly
Rising Lady Penguins 2025/2026 Head Coach

Bridget is a recent graduate of Lasell College and will be the Head Coach of the 2025/2026 Team. As a captain for the Lasers, she won two GNAC championships, and earned two NCAA appearances. Bridget came up big on the draw circle setting the schools draw control record, and on the defensive side of the ball earning all-conference awards all four years as well as defensive player of the year in both her junior and senior year. A native of Bellingham, MA, Bridget played lacrosse at Bellingham High School where she served as a captain her senior year.
